When you use SkrillTree, we may collect: your email address (if you sign up for an account), payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never store card numbers), and search queries you submit to the pricing tool. We do not collect or store any eBay user data.
We use your information solely to: provide and improve the Service, process payments, send service-related communications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Search queries you submit (item names, conditions, platforms) may be logged to improve our pricing algorithms. These queries are not linked to your personal identity and are not shared with third parties.
SkrillTree uses minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function, including session cookies for logged-in users. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We use the following third-party services: Anthropic (for Quantum Sequencing AI processing), eBay (for market data), Stripe (for payment processing), and Vercel (for hosting). Each has its own privacy policy. Your search queries are sent to Anthropic's API for processing in accordance with their privacy policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored securely and never exposed publicly. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@skrilltree.com.
SkrillTree is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
