All pricing data, estimates, and recommendations generated by our Quantum Sequencing technology are based on publicly available market data and algorithmic analysis. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY PRICING INFORMATION. Actual sale prices may vary significantly from our recommendations. SkrillTree is not responsible for any financial loss, missed sale, pricing error, or outcome resulting from your use of or reliance on our pricing recommendations.

You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on information provided by SkrillTree. By using the Service, you expressly agree NOT to: (a) scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated tools of any kind to access, extract, or collect data from the Service; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or methodology behind our Quantum Sequencing technology; (c) copy, imitate, or create derivative works based on SkrillTree's design, features, pricing logic, or user experience; (d) use data, outputs, or insights from the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service; (e) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without express written permission; (f) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose; (g) interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service's infrastructure. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. SkrillTree reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
All content, branding, technology, design, code, and methodology of SkrillTree are the exclusive intellectual property of SkrillTree and its owners, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. This includes, without limitation: the name "SkrillTree," the "Quantum Sequencing" brand and methodology, the SkrillTree logo, all source code, UI design, pricing logic, and written content. "Quantum Sequencing" is a proprietary brand of SkrillTree — any unauthorized use of this name or the underlying concept in a competing context is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Service or its outputs without express written permission from SkrillTree. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
